Refunds & Cancellations
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@nutrinormwellness.com. Once your cancellation request is acknowledged, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Refund Policy
Returns are only accepted for products that are damaged in transit, have physical defects, or if the wrong product has been shipped. To request a return, please send an email with photos of the damaged or incorrect product within the stipulated time to support@nutrinormwellness.com.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the products by emailing support@nutrinormwellness.com.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used or if the serial number has been tampered with. The product must be returned with the original packing material and invoice. Upon receiving the returned product, Nutrinorm Cosmetics will inspect it and validate the claim.
Once the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you.
For online payments, the refund will be credited to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving your request.
For COD orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days of the refund request.
