Order Confirmation and Dispatch
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification to confirm receipt of your order. A subsequent email will be sent to confirm dispatch and acceptance of your order.
For Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent, and your order request will only be accepted once you confirm via email or mobile.
Please note that products within a single order may be dispatched at different times.
All products will be inspected and carefully packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they encounter issues reaching your address or arranging a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Shipping Charges
- Orders with a billing value of INR 399 or more: Free shipping.
- Orders with a billing value less than INR 399: Shipping charge of INR 40.
- Orders to the North Eastern Region with a billing value less than INR 399: Shipping charge of INR 50.
