Refund Policy
We accept returns only for products damaged in transit, those with physical defects, or if an incorrect product was shipped. To request a return, send an email with photos of the damaged or incorrect product within the specified time frame.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products by emailing support@nutrinormwellness.com
Returns are not accepted if the product has been used or the serial number has been tampered with. The product must be returned with its original packaging and invoice. Once we receive the returned product, Nutrinorm will inspect and validate the claim.
If the return is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement. If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you.
For online payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving your request.
For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days of the request.
